For The Community

The resources I've made available here are meant to provide support for all humans, because we all have the fundamental right to breathe and sleep our best.

Why This Matters

Sleep and breathing are essential to human life.
We can't go without.

Most people take these for granted, and when they aren't getting what they need, our society has normalized the warning signs. Snoring, sleep apnea, and the need for braces are all signs that breathing and sleep need to be evaluated, along with the muscles that comprise the airway and compensatory behaviors like open-mouth breathing, congestion, forward head posture, tongue thrust, drooling, speech issues, mental health concerns, and more.

What Makes Our Approach Different

This isn't just about tongue exercises. It's about understanding why your body has developed these patterns in the first place and addressing the root cause. It's about retraining the muscles that support your airway so you can breathe the way nature intended. It's about looking at the whole picture—your posture, your sleep, your stress, your health—because everything is connected. When you work with me, you're not just getting a set of exercises to complete. You're getting someone who sees you, understands the frustration you've been carrying, and knows how to guide you toward real, lasting change.

A Message to Parents

I also understand as a mother how concerning this may make you feel. Watching your child struggle to breathe, hearing them snore, seeing them exhausted during the day—it's heartbreaking. You want answers, and you want someone who genuinely cares about helping your family. I have education for parents at every stage—infancy, childhood, and beyond. I've been where you are, and I know what questions to ask and what signs to look for.

I got you.

How I Can Help

Whether you're interested in working at your own pace through courses or meeting one-on-one for support via Zoom, I am your myo guide. Together, we'll create a plan that makes sense for your life and your goals, because this journey should feel supportive, not overwhelming.

The "I'm Tired of Being Tired" Club

Are you exhausted, waking up at 3 AM, or struggling with brain fog, snoring, and jaw pain? The secret to reclaiming your energy lies in a missing link in women’s healthcare: your airway. As women transition through their menstrual cycles, pregnancy, perimenopause, and menopause, fluctuating estrogen and progesterone levels directly impact muscle tone, nasal congestion, and breathing rates. Furthermore, women with hypermobility or Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS) face even greater risks of airway collapse and TMJ pain due to connective tissue laxity.

This groundbreaking 8-session course teaches you how to "armor" your airway against these hormonal and structural shifts. By retraining your tongue, lips, and breathing habits, you will naturally open your airway, calm your nervous system, and finally achieve the uninterrupted, restorative sleep your body desperately needs.
